These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, engineering consultation services, sample testing requests, formal proforma quotations, and commercial supply contracts for industrial ultrasonic, vibration, and thermal welding systems.
1. B2B Commercial Nature of Transactions
Guangdong Nalanke Ultrasonics Technology Co., Ltd. operates as a specialized original equipment manufacturer (OEM/ODM). Transactions conducted through or initiated via this platform are commercial business-to-business (B2B) agreements for industrial machinery, customized tooling, and engineering services.
2. Confidentiality & NDA Protection for CAD Drawings
We treat all proprietary 2D/3D CAD models (.STEP, .STP, .DWG), resin formulas, and production volume projections submitted by clients with strict industrial confidentiality:
- Client engineering data is utilized solely for joint geometry analysis, acoustic horn FEA simulation, and tooling manufacture.
- We routinely execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request before receiving sensitive CAD models from automotive Tier-1, medical device, and electronics manufacturing clients.
- Client proprietary models and custom tooling fixtures will never be showcased or transferred to third parties without prior written authorization.
3. Quotations, Invoicing & Commercial Payment Terms
- Validity of Quotations: Formal technical proposals and Proforma Invoices (PI) remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Direct Company Bank Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T), Irrevocable Commercial Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and secure corporate online payment channels.
- Standard Payment Milestones: Typically 30% advance deposit upon Proforma Invoice confirmation to initiate CNC manufacturing and material allocation; 70% balance payment following full-load FAT sign-off and 4K video approval prior to ocean/air container dispatch.
4. Machine Specifications, FAT & Acceptance
All machinery is built and calibrated to CE standards and ISO 9001:2015 quality criteria. Prior to international crating, each machine undergoes continuous 72-hour burn-in testing. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) video documentation and electrical safety logs are provided for client sign-off prior to balance payment and release of Bill of Lading (B/L).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, acoustic digital generator frequency tracking algorithms, mechanical blueprints, trademarks (LANANK / UltraLanank), and educational technical content on this website are the intellectual property of Guangdong Nalanke Ultrasonics Technology Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
