Our machine shop is equipped with high-speed 5-axis CNC machining centers, precision surface grinders, and slow-feeding wire EDM machines dedicated to acoustic horn (sonotrode) and nesting fixture manufacturing. Every sonotrode undergoes modal harmonic FEA simulation in ANSYS to calculate exact nodal planes and amplitude distribution before metal cutting begins.

Certified Raw Materials: Aerospace Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5), imported 7075-T651 Aluminum, and hardened German D2/1.2379 Tool Steel for maximum acoustic energy transmission and wear resistance.
