Guangdong Nalanke Ultrasonics Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures heavy-duty industrial machinery, precision ultrasonic welding stations, vibration friction welders, and custom acoustic tooling. Because our equipment and tooling are engineered for commercial, medical, and industrial manufacturing environments, our policies differ from consumer retail standards.

1. 12-Month Comprehensive Global Warranty

All standard and automated machinery purchased directly from Guangdong Nalanke Ultrasonics carries a comprehensive 12-Month Global Manufacturer Warranty beginning on the date of commercial bill of lading (B/L) or confirmed carrier delivery.

  • Covered Components: Intelligent digital ultrasonic generators, piezoelectric ceramic transducers, acoustic boosters, PLC touchscreens, servo drive motors, precision linear optical encoders, and pneumatic actuator cylinders.
  • Warranty Remedy: If any covered component fails due to manufacturing defects or material flaws during the 12-month period, we provide free express replacement parts dispatched via international air courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) within 48 hours.
  • Lifetime Remote Engineering: Beyond the 12-month period, all customers receive lifetime complimentary remote engineering diagnostics, parameter tuning guidance, and electrical schematics support via video conferencing and direct messaging.

2. Custom Sonotrodes, Horns & Tooling Fixtures

Acoustic horns, titanium sonotrodes (TC4 / Ti-6Al-4V), hardened tool steel horns (D2 / 1.2379), and vacuum nest clamping fixtures are custom-machined to client 2D/3D part specifications.

  • Prior to shipment, 100% of custom tooling undergoes ANSYS finite element modal analysis (FEA), acoustic spectrum impedance analysis, and physical trial welding on sample parts.
  • Custom horns and nests carry a 6-month structural fatigue warranty against material delamination or nodal resonance cracking under specified operating amplitude and clamping pressures.

3. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Pre-Shipment Inspection

To eliminate arrival defects, every machine executes a mandatory 72-hour full-load burn-in cycle at our Zhaoqing manufacturing facility prior to international export crating. We provide overseas buyers with complete pre-shipment FAT video documentation, weld cycle logs, and electrical safety sign-off sheets.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Replacement

  • Standard Production Orders: Order cancellations prior to container/air dispatch are subject to a nominal restocking and engineering evaluation fee based on procurement status.
  • Custom Automated Systems & Tooling: Custom-engineered fixtures and non-standard automated multi-station machines cannot be cancelled or returned once CNC machining or proprietary fabrication has commenced.
  • In-Transit Damage: In the rare event of maritime or air cargo damage, please document damage photos and carrier notations immediately. We will initiate rapid replacement parts dispatch or machine component exchanges without halting your facility setup.
