The UL-TS20 is an industrial benchtop semi-automatic ultrasonic tube sealing, trimming, and date-coding system designed for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food paste, and chemical packaging. Unlike conventional external thermal contact heat sealers, ultrasonic acoustic energy activates molecules directly from the inner plastic layer outward, guaranteeing 100% hermetic, leak-proof closure even when tube walls are contaminated with oils, lotions, gels, or powders.

- Hermetic Seals Through Product Residue: Ultrasonic vibrations disperse creams, liquids, and viscous contaminants in the seal zone to form molecular bonds without scorching.
- Simultaneous Sealing, Coding & Flange Trimming: Combines ultrasonic welding, steel alphanumeric date/batch stamping, and pneumatic excess-flash trimming in a single 1.5-second cycle.
- Cold Tooling Operation: Horn and anvil remain cool to the touch—no preheating downtime, zero risk of thermal degradation or tube wall discoloration.
- Quick-Change Turntable Indexing Fixtures: Accommodates plastic (PE, PP) and laminated aluminum barrier tubes (ABL/PBL) from Ø10mm to Ø60mm with rapid fixture changeover under 5 minutes.
