The UL-TC35 is a high-precision 35kHz rotary ultrasonic sewing and continuous bonding machine engineered for non-woven fabrics, synthetic technical textiles, protective medical apparel, and filter media. Utilizing dual rotary motion—both the ultrasonic sonotrode horn and the patterned anvil roller rotate synchronously—it eliminates material slippage, puckering, and frictional drag at feed speeds up to 20 meters per minute.
